Voting is now open for the 2020 BingoPort Awards, which will take place in London early next year. Players have the opportunity to vote within 12 separate categories, with the winners being announced in February.
The categories involved
The prizes up-for-grabs include the prestigious ‘Best Overall Bingo Site’, as well as ‘Best Overall Slots Site’. Newer operators will have the chance to taste success in the ‘Best New Bingo Site’ and ‘Best New Slots Site’ accolades. The remaining eight categories also relate to the two verticals involved.
At the 2019 edition of this annual ceremony, Buzz Bingo was named Best New Bingo Site. Meanwhile, Tombola picked up the award for Best Overall Bingo site.
For 2020, the latter of these categories includes brands such as JackpotJoy and Gala Bingo. Meanwhile, Balmy Bingo and Sailor Bingo are among the names for the newbie award.
Looking ahead to the 2020 BingoPort Awards
Commenting on the event, Operations Manager Andrew Housego said the following: “It’s great to see so many new names in this year’s nominations, as well as the much-loved household ones. It’s going to be interesting to see who wins this year, and I can’t wait to welcome everybody to our awards night.”
Founded in 2007, BingoPort is one of the UK’s leading bingo affiliate sites. More recently, the website has become the only rewards one for regular players in the above vertical — as well as slots. Since it was launched, over £1 million has been distributed in various prizes.
The BingoPort Awards, which are now in their 12th year, are the longest-standing in their industry. Last year, 15,000 players voted for their preferred victors.
Voting will close in January 2020. The awards night will be held in the same week as the annual London Affiliate Conference, on 6th February. A venue for the event will be announced in due course.
