Polish sportsbook STS has joined forces with Enteractive’s (Re)

The (Re)Activation Cloud® was developed specifically to handle one-on-one calls and strengthen customer loyalty as a result.

Enteractive’s entire focus is on player retention, powered by human interaction and technology. Its services intend to improve both player lifetime value and brand loyalty.

Strong locally, going global
STS is Poland’s biggest sportsbook, holding a share of 47% in the country’s iGaming market and sponsoring the national football team too.
Earlier this year, the operator announced a partnership in which ex-Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel became a brand ambassador.
STS also has a well-established affiliate program. Its revenue share ranges between 25 and 35%. New affiliates, however, could earn up to 50% for their first month if they meet certain criteria.
In addition to the above, the bookmaker also unveiled a new dedicated platform for affiliates in June 2019.
