Paysafe Group, the parent company team of Income Access, has appointed Alan Osborne as its new chief information security officer (CISO).
While assuming responsibility for cyber and physical security across the group, he was also be acting as lead in the development and implementation of the payments provider’s global IT risk and business continuity strategy.
Osborne was most recently CISO for National Grid, the multinational electricity and gas utility company, and was also previously served as chief security officer at global payment processing company, Worldplay.
Earlier in his career, Osborne has also held senior positions in global management consultancy, managed security services and financial services.
Osborne said: “As a business which has had a dynamic growth journey with proven success in serving industries with specialised payment needs across the world, Paysafe presents a fantastic opportunity.
“I am very much looking forward to working closely with Roy and the rest of the leadership team to support the strategic priorities of the business and continue to drive growth.”
