Mark Blandford re-appointed as Chairman of the Board at Gambling.com

Shareholders in Gambling.com have re-elected Mark Blandford as chairman of the board at the affiliate marketing giant’s annual general meeting (AGM).

Gambling.com have stated that all 13 resolutions have been passed at the AGM, which took place yesterday (June 20) in Malta.

Other resolutions included, Susan Ball, Fredrik Burvall, Charles Gillespie and Per Sundberg, as they have all been re-elected as directors, as well as the approval for directors’ fees in 2019.

Shareholders have also given the go-ahead for Gambling.com to reappoint PwC Malta as an external auditor for the business, and approved updates to terms of reference of its Nomination Committee.

In addition, shareholders have given the green light to both the 2018 annual report and also a report on directors’ remuneration for 2018.
