Since its launch, AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service has handled over 30,000 complaints, successfully recovering more than $69.6m for players. The service became a core feature of the platform, with few competitors able to offer anywhere near the same level of player protection.

In 2024, AskGamblers expanded its services to include sports betting, launching AskGamblers Sports. This new section aims to enhance the user experience by providing betting insights, comparisons, and expert reviews tailored for sports enthusiasts.

Additionally, the company reinforced its commitment to social responsibility by donating €106,500 to HISBAS, further supporting player protection initiatives.
