iMovo, a specialist in customer experience management, business intelligence, workforce management and artificial intelligence has now entered a partnership with the chatbot automation company, ChatCreate.
The agreement will see, ChatCreate being used to complements iMovo’s customer service and experience service line, with a key focus on its Zendesk Service.
ChatCreate acts as an intelligent plugin that helps companies automate customer service conversations in minutes, where they instantly find and suggest topics that can be automated based on a company’s personalised chat history.
