Greentube is going to integrate the Neccton responsible gambling solution into its Spanish online casino, StarVegas. The decision follows on from the company successfully implementing the solution in the UK.
Identifying problem gambling behaviour
Neccton’s responsible gambling tool, Mentor, helps Greentube to identify when one of their customers is displaying harmful behaviour, allowing them to intervene. Mentor will also interact with the customer, sending tailored messages to warn them about overspending or changes of play.
Adam Warren, the managing director of the StarVegas Spain brand at Greentube, said this when announcing the news: “We take our commitment to Responsible Gaming extremely seriously and we constantly work to enhance and improve our strategies to ensure players use our products safely.”
