Gambling.com Group has released its preliminary Q4 and full-year 2024 (FY24) financial results, and they show some pretty impressive levels of growth—across multiple key metrics. The company reported Q4 revenue of $35.2m, an 8.3% increase year-on-year, while adjusted EBITDA rose 38.7% to $14.7m. Net income for the quarter stood at $7.8m, up $1.4m from the same period in 2023.
For the full fiscal year, Gambling.com Group saw a 16.9% revenue increase, reaching $127.1m compared to $108.7m in FY23. Net income surged 66.7% to $30.5m, up from $18.3m. However, this is actually a slowdown in growth compared to the previous year’s dramatic 664% net income increase between Q4 2022 and Q4 2023.
Despite this, the company’s profitability continues to improve, with adjusted EBITDA for the full year reaching $48.5m, and this translates to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 38%.
As part of its expansion strategy, Gambling.com Group completed the acquisition of Odds Holdings, Inc. (parent company of OddsJam) on 1 January 2025. OddsJam is a data-driven odds comparison and betting intelligence platform. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $14.5m in adjusted EBITDA in 2025.
Gambling.com Group has also revealed some pretty ambitious financial targets for 2025. The company projects revenue between $170m and $174m, with adjusted EBITDA expected to range from $67m to $69m. This forecast is based on the company’s recent results, a continued upward trajectory, driven by its growing portfolio of websites and increased demand for high-intent traffic in the iGaming industry.
The CEO of Gambling.com Group Charles Gillespie said:
“Our preliminary, record 2024 fourth quarter and full-year results surpassed expectations due to our relentless focus on execution and the ability of our global portfolio of websites to continuously drive valuable, high-intent traffic to our customers in a capital-efficient manner.”
Gambling.com Group’s strong performance signals continued opportunities for affiliates operating in the iGaming space. The company’s ability to generate high-value traffic and convert users efficiently shows how there’s a growing demand for performance-based marketing strategies.
For affiliate managers—who should already be very aware of the fact that large networks are dominating the iGaming affiliate space—it’s clear that offering these large networks lucrative deals is key. With so many visitors captured by network-owned sites, affiliate managers must ensure their brands are as visible as possible.
