Online gaming solutions provider, Aspire Global, has penned a new agreement with Vipps Holdings which will see them launch Vipps Casino, a new online casino brand.
Vipps Holdings is expected to invest in both the technology infrastructure and marketing in order to create unique features for the new brand.
Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global, said that the solutions provider is looking forward to an exciting partnership with Vipps Holdings.
“The veteran team brings extensive experience from leading iGaming companies in the Nordic market and together we will be creating a truly innovative iGaming experience,” he said.
The new brand is due to go live in the latter half of this year via the Aspire Global platform. The solutions provider is expected to pledge up to €1.5m (£1.3m/$1.7m) for the marketing strategies for Vipps Casino, which has been agreed upon as part of the initial agreement between the duo.
This additional game hub grows Aspire Global’s continually growing gaming portfolio, adding new titles licensed in multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Denmark, Portugal, and COM regions.
