The AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service, or AGCCS, has managed to get $10 million back to refunded players in 18 months, bringing the total figure to over $50 million.
The refunded money was initially taken unfairly by online casinos, which the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service works to return to the player. So far, over 17,500 complaints have been resolved by the service.
