Why is social selling important?
There are tons of reasons why you’ll want to use social selling as a strategy to build your program and recruit new affiliates. Firstly, you’ve got the fact that events just aren’t happening and the virtual events in their place can be difficult to navigate.
Affiliate managers, or affiliate motivators are human and so naturally, you’ll want to build relationships and have that human contact. So, with the help of social selling, you can grow your network, connect with affiliates and build those all-important relationships.
Where social selling takes place
If you are brand new to social selling, you need to make sure that you are looking in the right places. Where are your potential affiliates hanging out? Finding the right channels is part of the process and if you are trying to build relationships in the wrong place, you’ll not get anywhere fast.
Check out the popular channels like Facebook, LinkedIn and Clubhouse as these can be filled with affiliates that you can invite to your program. Active recruitment is a key affiliate marketing strategy and with the help of the right tools, you can really pull this off.
What to do in 30 minutes each day
You might be surprised to find out just how much of a difference spending 30 minutes per day can have on the success of your affiliate program. By reaching out and generally building your personal profile, you can hit targets without the need for big events.
