888 goes into Orbit in New Jersey

Online gaming solutions provider 888 has launched its Orbit online gaming platform in the state of New Jersey, offering its users access to ‘a more personalised customer experience’.

The platform, which originally made its debut in the UK, has been designed with superior user experience as a priority. The platform hopes to utilise an intuitive navigation model and interface response times that are up to three times faster than previous versions.

CEO Itai Pazner commented: “The Orbit platform is without doubt one of 888’s most significant product innovations in recent years and supports our continued focus on delivering the safest, most exciting and most enjoyable online gaming experience possible for our players across regulated markets globally.

“The new platform has already been rolled out across several of 888’s key regulated markets including the UK, Sweden, Denmark and Italy. We are confident that its superior combination of usability and personalization will prove popular with players in the US market, starting with 888’s customers in New Jersey.”

New Jersey customers will have access to 239 slot games, 15 tables games and 13 live casino tables. This offer includes 35 new slot games, featuring exclusive content developed by 888’s specialist in-house studio, Section 8.

It also comes with the company’s suite of live casino games. These include immersive live blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and ultimate Texas hold’em. Games from suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, SG Digital and IGT will also be added to the mix.

Pazner added: “Since our launch in New Jersey in 2013, 888 has developed a growing reputation amongst customers for delivering a cutting-edge online gaming experience. The introduction of the Orbit platform will take this to the next level: it’s smoother, more immersive, and its unparalleled performance gives us a unique advantage in attracting players and encouraging user engagement with our diverse portfolio of games.”
