Winners.bet has been given permission to expand into Malta after the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) approved its gaming licence.
As a result of this, the eSports betting operator will be able to offer its services across all major games. These include League of Legends, CS:GO, DOTA 2, KOG, Starcraft and Rainbow Six.
Taking eSports global
Winner.bet‘s platform shall be powered by BetConstruct. The interface will be optimised for 22 different languages, including English. It also comes with the option to cash out in full, or only partially. Players can also choose whether or not this will be automatic.
Karine Kocharyan, Head of Licensing and Certification at BetConstruct, said: “Going hand-in-hand with our partner Winners.bet, through the journey of acquiring MGA licence, was an exciting experience with a rewarding outcome for our endless efforts.
“We believe that our comprehensive B2B product portfolio will ensure the best client satisfaction to the customers of Winners.bet.”
Benefits
Winners.bet will provide players with access to team news and any potential event changes, via its Win.gg platform.
Markets for over 500 annual tournaments will be offered. This averages out to in excess of 17,000 games, spread across more than 50 markets. Meanwhile, a range of customisation options will be included in the platform’s backend.
James Zerafa, Head of Trading at Winners.bet, said: “Every decision we make will revolve around the esports community. Whether it be user experience, design, or product, we are making sure it appeals to the esports audience as a whole.
He continued: “We are committed to listening to our users, collecting feedback, and being proactive about it.”
Winners.bet’s MGA approval follows the recent news that fellow eSports operator Midnite received additional funding ahead of its UK expansion. Although neither have affiliate programs for now, that could change in the near future. And if it does, there’ll be plenty of exciting offerings to promote.
