Online lead generation company Traffic Puma has set its sights on success across the Atlantic, with the launch of Americasino.com.
The website will be available to players in states where online gambling has been legalised in full.
Users will have access to a range of features, all of which aim to help them “have a better, more relaxing online experience”.
Expansion will come as more states regulate
In its official press release, Traffic Puma noted that a variety of US states permit online gambling in full at the moment. Alongside this, it also mentioned that a number of others are “working through paperwork and legislation processes” to follow suit soon.
Americasino will provide players with information, advice and other forms of help.
Traffic Puma Director Ken Larsen shared his thoughts on the new website launch. His thoughts were as follows.
“As this is a relatively recent change, the US gambling market has a lot of potential. But it also means that Traffic Puma is not the only marketing affiliate site to make the move to territories over here.
“With that being said, it’s important for affiliates to stand out from the crowd – in order to make their mark on the industry. We hope that we will do this.”
The growth of online gambling regulation in the US
Online casino gambling is currently available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Online poker games can also be played in all three of these states, as well as Nevada.
Michigan will introduce online casino services at some point, having officially legalised the vertical just before Christmas 2019. However, nobody knows when the state’s iGaming market will go live.
A number of states are looking at regulating sports betting, following the repeal of PASPA in 2018. Colorado is set to go live this year, in addition to Michigan (land-based sports betting is already live).
Montana and Tennessee both approved legislations to pass online sports betting into law last year, as did Illinois.
