SIS, one of the leading operators in 24/7 live multi-channel betting, has secured a two-year deal that will allow them to distribute the live pictures and data for the Saudi Cup. This is the jewel in the crown of this deal, as it will also allow them to transmit data for the full Saudi Arabian racing schedule.
The full racing schedule will be available to SIS customers all over the world over the next two years, thanks to their retail and online platforms. This includes their 24/7 betting channels, which see some sort of betting event play out every three minutes.
SIS will also be able to broadcast the Saudi Cup each year on their contract. This is the most valuable horse race in the world thanks to its $20 million (approx. £14.56 million), with $10 million of that going to the winner of the Cup itself.
This is the top event of a two-day race meet that takes place every year at the King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is yet another feather in the cap of SIS, who also broadcast other prestigious events from around the world from the UK and Ireland to Singapore to Latin America.
The Head of International Horse Racing at SIS, Will Morris, said: “We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with The Saudi Cup and distributing live pictures and data from the best of Saudi Arabian racing, including the world’s most valuable race.
“Through this deal we look forward to offering our customers across the globe even more first-class international racing as well as a significant number of new betting opportunities.”
