Buzz Bingo, one of the biggest bingo operators in the UK, has officially appointed Harry Lang as their new marketing director. With over 15 years of industry experience, Lang is set to accelerate their customer acquisition campaigns.
A leading marketer in the iGaming industry
Previously a consultant for Buzz Bingo, Lang already has an extensive CV, having led advertising for several tier-1 iGaming companies, such as Foxy Bingo and WMS interactive. He also has his own marketing agency, Brand Architects, where he advised numerous iGaming and esports brands.
“Having recently worked with the Buzz Bingo team as a consultant I’m hugely excited to be joining at this exciting time in their journey,” Lang said of the announcement. “They’re building a great business with customers, entertainment and responsible gaming as their absolute focus so I can’t wait to get started.”
Leading marketing at a critical time
The timing of Lang’s appointment isn’t coincidental. They also announced this October that they have hired MSQ Partners, a marketing firm based in London. Both these decisions are part of the company’s strategy to develop their brand and acquire UK customers at a critical time. Jamie Queen, the CCO of Buzz Bingo, was optimistic about the decision.
“[We are] at an exciting stage in [our] evolution,” he said. “So we’re delighted to welcome someone of Harry’s calibre and enthusiasm to the business. He brings with him a wealth of marketing leadership experience and is highly capable of steering the Buzz Bingo brand through the next stage of our growth.”
