BetMGM is to merge with the responsible gambling program GameSense. This program is licensed to land-based MGM Resorts International, one of the owners of BetMGM.
GameSense brings together a collection of responsible gambling resources and education tools into the one platform with a customer service model.
The joint venture of BetMGM comes from MGM Resorts and Entain. It will be the first online gambling operator in the US to use this responsible gambling platform.
MGM first made use of it in 2017. At any M Life Rewards desk at an MGM resort, you can access the GameSense resources.
Moving it to their online platform shall help them create a safer environment for their players as the online gambling industry flourishes in the USA.

The program will be available in every state where BetMGM is currently available, and will grow with them to offer coverage across any new state where they choose to launch. This also comes following further changes to help ensure that players at BetMGM will have the best experience with them.
