The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) are hoping to employ more people by relaunching their jobs board on CareersinRacing.com to help fill open vacancies across UK racing’s most valued sectors. The system allows employers to use it as a forum platform and attach roles with job specifications to help recruit talent. The BHA respectively noticed over 2,000 jobs were posted on their online hub last year and that it could help on average around 178 job seekers per month looking to get involved within a career in horse racing. This is something that all affiliates should be looking to get themselves into.
