CJ, has announced the appointment of Santi Pierini as its new Chief Executive Officer. The Publicis Groupe’s partnership-based performance marketing platform released the news this week.

Bringing with him a distinguished career marked by diverse leadership experiences across various industries, Pierini’s tenure promises to usher in a new era of growth and strategic direction for CJ. His professional journey, which includes notable positions at Accenture, Adobe-acquired Day Software, and the esteemed Jet Propulsion Laboratory, reflects a breadth of expertise.
Pierini is a seasoned business leader in the affiliate marketing domain, having helmed CAKE, a performance marketing software company, and made impactful contributions at TUNE, another prominent player in the field.
Under Pierini’s leadership, CJ will operate under the guidance of Publicis Media Global CEO Talia Raviv, signaling a unified approach to driving synergy and maximising the platform’s potential within the broader Publicis network. His appointment reflects a strategic alignment aimed at capitalising on CJ’s established reputation while propelling it towards new heights of success and market influence.
