This weekend six people were arrested after alleged money laundering at Partouche Casinos, including three directors of the Casino de Cannes.
The money laundering claims, which have been denied by the resort relate to poker games held by the casino, with all six people in question remaining in custody.
In recent years, Partouche has significantly reduced its poker offering, bringing an end to its Partouche Poker in 2012, before closing its online poker site last June.
Partouche currently has a total of 43 casinos, two of which are based in Switzerland, one in Tunisia and 39 in France.
