Charlie McCann, former Head of Communications for BetVictor and industry veteran, has launched his own affiliate website.
The site, which is under his own name – charliemccann.co.uk – provides tips for multiple sports. Its primary focus will be horse racing.
A new venture
The website was launched on 2nd March by the ex-talkSPORT radio correspondent. On here, McCann says that he will provide “free daily [horse] racing tips ahead of the following day’s action and mid-morning updates in lieu of going changes and significant market movers.”
Continuing on from this, he says that he’ll also preview major football, NBA and cricket events.
Prior to this, McCann had worked with major bookmakers for over 17 years. He left his position as Head of Communications for BetVictor in May 2019, but has since written various on and offline sports betting articles.
Other operators he has worked for include Stan James and 32Red.
Offers and bets
The ‘Free Bets & Offers’ section contains multiple offers from various operators, such as Boylesports and UniBet. Some of the industry’s biggest names, such as bet365 and William Hill, also feature.
McCann also makes a responsible gambling disclaimer, stating that recommendations should be “a way to enhance your usual betting activity and not as an incentive to gamble more.”
