Aspire Global has stepped into the US gambling scene after its partner, Pariplay, struck a deal with 888casino in New Jersey. Under this agreement, Pariplay will provide access to its sizeable games portfolio. On top of this, a range of third-party titles will also be shared.
Pariplay has been doing business with 888casino’s mother company, 888 Holdings plc, for a while. The games aggregator will provide the casino operator’s US players with access to a broad range of casino products, all of which are licenced for New Jersey.
Aspire Global’s growth goals
Aspire Global is already influential throughout the UK and Mainland Europe. It provides a range of client services, including casino and sportsbook management. They expect this move to help them grow within new continents. As the iGaming solution’s CEO, Tsachi Maimon, mentioned:
“This is a significant agreement and we’re very excited for Pariplay. We acquired the company with the purpose of accelerating B2B growth and external game sales, through a new sales channel outside of our own network.
“Moreover, we hoped that Pariplay’s iGaming licence for New Jersey could act as the spearhead for our future efforts to mention the US market. Today’s news is fully in line with our M&A strategy.”
888casino already operates in countries such as Denmark, Spain and Italy. Yaniv Sherman, 888’s SVP Head of Commercial Development was optimistic about the deal with Pariplay:
“Pariplay is a long-standing partner of ours. This important agreement strengthens our relationship going forward. We look forward to presenting Pariplay’s leading game content to our New Jersey audience, and hope to go live soon — subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.
Affiliates
888casino is one of the world’s most popular online casino brands, and has an established affiliate program for different markets. One of its benefits include a progressive cost-per-acquisition (CPA) for each depositing player. Moreover, depending on how many players they attract, affiliates also receive gross revenue percentages each month.
Pariplay has hundreds of in-house developed games in its portfolio, as well as over 2,000 titles from third-party partners. And in addition to being certified for use in New Jersey, operators in a number of regulated European markets also have access to them.
